What is E‑GURUS WiFi Zone?
WiFi Zone is our storefront for prepaid hotspot vouchers. You pick a partner location (zone), choose how long you want online, pay with Paystack, and receive Wi‑Fi login details as soon as payment succeeds.
How do I buy a voucher?
- Open the home page and scroll to Pick a cosy Wi‑Fi spot near you.
- Choose a zone that shows Online, then tap Get my voucher.
- Select a time package (for example 6 hours or 24 hours) and continue to checkout.
- Enter your phone number (and optional email), then pay with Paystack.
- After payment, your username and password appear on the success screen — you can copy them or download a PDF if offered.
Is payment secure?
Checkout is handled by Paystack, a major African payments provider. We do not store your full card details on this website. You should see a secure Paystack flow in your browser when you pay.
What does “Online” / “Offline” on a zone mean?
Online means that zone is currently offered for new voucher purchases on this site. Offline means purchases are paused (for example maintenance or stock). You can still browse; choose another nearby zone if one is offline.
Where do I use my voucher?
Each voucher is tied to the zone you purchased for. Connect to that location’s Wi‑Fi network (often shown on signage at the venue) and sign in with the username and password we gave you. The captive portal or login URL, if any, is shown on your voucher confirmation.
I paid but did not receive credentials — what now?
Wait a few seconds and refresh the page. If nothing appears, check your Paystack receipt and contact the zone or E‑GURUS support with your phone number and time of purchase so we can trace the transaction.
Can I get a refund?
Refund rules depend on the partner zone and how vouchers are sold. Contact support with your purchase details; we will advise based on your case and Paystack’s policies.
Who builds and runs this site?
The WiFi Zone product is developed by E-GURUS. Our main company site is the-egurus.com, where you can learn more about our web development, digital services, and teaching programmes.
